The Execflyer platform contains algorithms that will look at your trip request and automatically calculate the best aircraft to undertake your air charter. If you have a preference for aircraft or you would prefer to run through these options yourself then by all means be our guest.
In identifying your aircraft you must remember the following key facts:
- How far am I travelling? The private jet you select must be able to travel the distance you require. If it does not have the necessary range then you must be prepared to undertake what is known as a "tech stop" in order to take on more fuel.
- How many passengers do I need to transport? This is a key consideration in selecting the size of Private Jet you charter. A business jet carrying a maximum of 4 passengers will be more economical to operate than a 14 seater jet.
- How much additional weight do I need to carry on the aircraft? Business Jets have a maximum take off weight, and generally the smaller the aircraft, the lesser its maximum take off weight.
- Do I need to fly into a small regional airfield with short runway? Some aircraft have better ability to take off and land in a short distance than others. Execflyer will calculate approximate runway requirements and if suitable runway facilities are not available at a certain airport, then our system will not offer the aircraft.
- Do I want an attendant on board to look after passengers? The smaller aircraft do not allow space for specific galley space thus there is no requirement for an attendant. A larger private jet can accommodate 2 or more attendants.
Whatever your specific requirement you can be safe in the knowledge that Execflyer will be on hand to ensure that you book the very best option for your trip.
