Milan is the second largest city in Italy with an urban population of around 8 million. The central area of Milan is closed to accommodate a road runninf race that draws an international crowd. -        Milano d’Estate.  A series of open air music concerts attracting big name bands to the Castello Sforzesco. -        Festa dei Navigli. 14 days focussed around the canal area of Milan including street performers, art, concerts, antiques, food and sport. -        La Scala.
