The 2018 Cheltenham Gold Cup Festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before. As always the Festival falls in the same week as St Patrick’s day, and with Guinness on hand as a sponsor, you have all the ingredients required for a weekend filled with the craic!
Cheltenham racecourse have a superb helicopter landing facility with seamless transfer through to the hospitality suites and spectator areas.
Festival week commences on March 13th which is Champion day. Last year Buveur D’Air won the important Unibet Champion Hurdle in 2017. Other races on Champion day include OLBG Mares Hurdle Race and the Sky Bet Supreme Novices Hurdle. On March 14th the Festival welcomes Ladies Day. Races include Betway Queen Mother Chase. On 15th March the shenanigans continue with St Patricks day. The Guinness will surely flow as racegoers revel in the JLT Novices Chase and the Ryanair Steeple Chase.
The Cheltenham Festival culminates in Gold Cup on the 16th March 2018. The Gold Cup represents the pinnacle of jump racing attracting the largest number of spectators on this day.
