Dassault Falcon 7X

The Dassault Falcon 7X was conceived to compete with the likes of the Gulfstream’s G550 business jet, and Bombardier’s Global series.

The 7X first flew in 2005 and since then over 200 aircraft have been produced and over 130,000 flight hours have been undertaken since it first flew in 2007. Since this time Dassault have continued to upgrade the cabin environment to include 3D moving map technology and the option of an on board shower facility for those longer trips. New 7X aircraft also offer the first ever audio and video on demand service for passengers. This aircraft can be configured for up to 14 passengers.

Power on this aircraft is provided by three Pratt & Whitney PW307A engines offering 30% higher fuel efficiency than previous units. These power the Falcon 7X to a cruise of 486 knots across a range of 5,950 nautical miles. The 7X is cleared to service ceiling of 51,000 ft.

Avionics feature Dassault’s EASy flight deck arrangement utilising the Honeywell Primus EPIC suite.

New Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft currently list at $52m with used aircraft available in the market from $33m.
