Announced in 1999 the Bombardier Challenger 300 was introduced to bridge Bombardier’s gap in the market between Lear and the larger Challenger 604/605 series of private jets. This aircraft entered service in 2004 and was the result of a ground up design from scratch.

Typically the CL300 is configured for 8 passengers with the ability to fly 3,065 nautical miles non stop at cruise of Mach 0.80. Powerplant is provided by 2 Honeywell HTF7000 turbofan engines producing around 6,825 lbs thrust each.

On the flight deck crew are equipped with the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 suite of avionics with integrated electronic chart function.

In the cabin passengers can enjoy the very latest in state of the art integrated cabin management, communication and entertainment systems ensuring that all needs of the cabin can be served with just the touch of a button. In addition Bombardier have included invisible digital sound throughout the cabin to give a surround sound experience for audio and visual entertainment.

A truly versatile aircraft able to undertake city pairs such as Los Angeles to New York, London to Cairo and Singapore to Beijing.
