Based on the popular Global Express, the Bombardier Global 6000 is – as its name would suggest – a 6,000 nautical mile aircraft capable of flying up to 19 passengers in high density configuration and 8-12 passengers in business layout.

The Global 6000 is very popular with private jet travellers as it has a separate crew rest area so that flight attendants and crew can relax away from passengers and also because it includes an aft cabin stateroom that can be sectioned from the main cabin where private meetings are required for example. The Global 6000 has the benefit of fore and aft W.C so that sleeping passengers in the back of the aircraft need not be disturbed by passengers wishing to use the facilities.

Cabin quality is very high on the Global 6000 with state of the art communication and A/V facilities allowing business productivity whilst on board this long range aircraft.

The Global 6000 is powered by Rolls Royce Deutschland BR710A2-20 turbofans each pushing out 14,750 lbs thrust. This aircraft will cruise at 488 knots on long range and over 500 knots for shorter trips.

Runway performance for such range capability is excellent with 6476 ft of runway required on take off and 2,670 ft on landing. The Global 6000 is cleared to a service ceiling of 51,000 ft.
